Adelaide Consulting began in 1997 servicing clients that were undertaking process improvements or that wished their businesses to be restructured.
We have undertaken many projects in the University Sector including interfacing with national and international industry.
We have assisted with many grant applications such as ARC Discovery, ARC Linkage, ARC Centres of Excellence and ITRH Hubs, AusIndustry, SA Government and international schemes such as USAID, USDA and EU programs.
Adelaide Consulting managed the creation of the Australian Centre for Plant Functional Genomics; a very complex process involving seven groups; Government agencies and Universities; it became a $16m/yr research business.
Adelaide Consulting has also helped many industry clients since 1997 including: Haigh’s Chocolates, Laubman & Pank, Equity & Advisory (bankers), Hyde Park Press, Prices Bakery, Sims Partners, Carl Zeiss, RedEarth NDT and others.
